2.2 Identification and contact data: first name, last name, email address, telephone number, provided voluntarily by users (i.e., partner companies of the Life Tuscany Network, potential investors, owners of investment properties, travelers) via contact or information request forms.
2.3 Company data (for network partners): information provided voluntarily for inclusion in the Life Tuscany database, including the name of the property/facility, CIN code, address, contact details, link to the official website, links to social media channels, multimedia materials (photos, logos), description of the property, descriptions of agricultural production and current certifications, descriptions of services and experiences offered, descriptions of prevailing client types, as well as the identification and contact data of the owner or designated contact person.
2.4 Data relating to requests and preferences: additional information provided voluntarily via the forms based on the type of user, including (by way of example but not limited to) dates of interest for stays, number of guests, objectives of the investment request, investment range, and the type of property to propose to investors.
3. Purposes of Processing and Legal Bases
The personal data provided by users are processed to pursue the following purposes, in compliance with the specific legal bases indicated:
3.1 Inclusion in the database and publication in the network catalog (only for partners) Use of the data and material provided via the registration form to include the property/facility in the database and create the public profile in the catalog on
3.2 Management of information and consulting requests Receipt and fulfillment of requests sent by users via the contact forms on the website (e.g., requests for information, investment consulting requests, requests for information regarding the properties/facilities presented in the catalog). Legal basis: execution of a contract or pre-contractual measures adopted at the request of the data subject (Art. 6, let. b GDPR).
3.3 Promotion of local activities (only for partners) Possible use of company data, descriptions, and images for articles and content on Life Tuscany’s social media channels. Legal basis: consent of the data subject (Art. 6, let. a GDPR).
3.4 Website operation and security Anonymous statistical analysis, protection against cyber attacks, and service improvement. Legal basis: legitimate interest of the Data Controller (Art. 6, let. f GDPR).
3.5 Informational or promotional communications (if applicable) Sending updates or initiatives related to the Life Tuscany project. Legal basis: consent of the data subject (Art. 6, let. a GDPR).
4. Processing Methods
The data is processed using both digital and manual tools, in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, fairness, and transparency, and with the adoption of adequate technical and organizational security measures to prevent data loss, illicit use, or unauthorized access (Art. 32 GDPR).
5. Data Retention
Personal data is kept for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected or until consent is revoked:
5.1 Data relating to requests for information or consulting is kept for the period necessary to manage and complete the request, after which it will be deleted, unless otherwise required by law.
5.2 The data and materials of partner properties remain published in the online catalog for the entire duration of the collaboration with the Life Tuscany network. In the event of termination of the relationship, the data will be removed from the website.
6. Communication and Dissemination of Data
In order to ensure maximum transparency and the protection of information, the communication and possible dissemination of data take place according to the following criteria:
6.1 The personal data of users (e.g., travelers, investors, owners) is not disseminated to the public nor sold to third parties for commercial purposes.
6.2 The company data and materials of partner properties, in compliance with co-branding purposes and subject to prior consent, are disseminated through the publication of the profile on the website and on the social media channels of Life Tuscany.
6.3 Data may be communicated to third parties operating as providers of technical and IT services (e.g., hosting providers, email platform managers), formally appointed, where necessary, as Data Processors (Art. 28 GDPR).
7. Data Transfer to Non-EU Countries
The transfer of data outside the European Union is not anticipated. Should it become necessary, compliance with Articles 44–49 of the GDPR will be guaranteed.

10.1 By submitting the registration form, the partner authorizes Gruppo Premiere S.r.l. to: – process and publish data, logos, and images; – use them for informational or promotional purposes related to the Life Tuscany project; – disseminate them on the website and on social media channels.
10.2 The partner declares to hold the rights to the materials provided and exempts the Data Controller from any liability for any unauthorized use by third parties.
